Industry 4.0 is a high-tech strategy proposed by the German government; This concept is to achieve computerization of traditional manufacturing industries. The goal is to establish an automated system to achieve a smart factory. It integrates the traditional basic automation technology, Internet of Things and Internet services, and establishes an information physical integration system. Jizhida's solution is compatible with fieldbus protocols. In other words, users can use Siemens, Allen-Bradley, IO system compatible with BECKHOFF or other compatible IO modules. If users need a complete solution, VIPA's SLIO system provided by Jizhida can meet their remote I/O needs. VIPA SLIO adopts high-speed backplane bus, compact size design saves installation space, and the detachable I/O board docking station design is easy to maintain and replace. Meanwhile, the VIPA SLIO system can be integrated with PROFINET, PROFIBUS,Ethernet/IP,DeviceNet,EtherCAT, Paired with Modbus. It can integrate with Jizhida's NIFE PC controller to form a complete control station compatible with fieldbus networks.
