Application of Jizhida 8000 Series in Thermal Station Monitoring System
Project Introduction:
Heating in winter is a major livelihood issue that northern cities must face every year. In order to improve the quality of heating in urban areas and effectively manage and utilize heating resources, the heating department has established a monitoring system for urban heat stations to constantly monitor and control the working status of each heat station. According to the national energy-saving and emission reduction policies, power detection modules are added to each heat exchange station to analyze equipment operation status and energy consumption, and statistical work is done for further energy conservation and emission reduction.
Data collection requirements:
1. Wireless transmission and communication between the control center and each thermal substation;
2. The thermal substation collects flow, temperature, pressure, and equipment electricity;
3. The thermal power station operates independently, calculates, stores, and regularly uploads data to the control center.
System Description:
Through the construction of a monitoring system for urban heat stations, the quality of heating and heating is ensured. At the same time, the implementation of intelligent functions saves unnecessary energy waste, and the automation of the entire system will eliminate the manual back and forth meter reading and reporting behavior. At the same time, the unit energy consumption and real-time voltage and current of the equipment are detected through the electricity module, and a system file is established for equipment maintenance. While improving efficiency, it will greatly save labor costs and gradually build the thermal power station into an unmanned station.
